Princeton Basketball Game and Amy!

Last night we went to watch the Princeton Basketball games. Of course, we get half way there and I realize that I forgot my camera! Mary was so excited to see Ms. Amy!!! She also got to see all the kids! She had a lot of fun. On the way home she started to wimper and said, "I miss Ms. Amy!" And we said, "We know, we miss her, too!!!" It was fun to chat and catch up with Amy.

Caden has arrived!

My friend and teammate, Audrey, had the excitement of becoming a mommy! Caden Neal Evans was born on Monday, January 21 at 10:52 PM. He weighed 5 lbs, 14 oz and 19.25" long. He was ready to come into this world...her water broke at 8, made it to the hospital around 8:30 and a couple of hours later, he was here! Congrats to Audrey!! We can't wait to meet him.

Pa-Pa Visits McKinney!!!

Mary was so excited that Pa-Pa came to visit her in McKinney. He arrived early Saturday afternoon. We hung out for a little while and then decided to go to Saturday Mass. This was Pa-Pa first time to our new church since it opened last year. After church we went to Gebo's and then out to eat at Rockfish. Mary was pretty good at church and at the restaurant. Once we got home Mary wanted to play with her Play-Doh. Her and Pa-Pa played for about 30 minutes at the table...I think they both had fun! Then she had a bath and got ready to dance the polka with Big Joe. Sunday morning was fun...we just took it easy, since we already went to church. For lunch Pa-Pa cooked some pork chops. After lunch we all took a nap. Then about 4:00 Pa-Pa got ready to leave to pick up everyone from The Dallas Market.

I LOVE YOU Pa-Pa!!!! I hope you can come visit again in McKinney!!

Time to catch up

Wow! The last couple weeks have been busy.

Last Saturday, Lainey invited Mary over for a play date. They did really good playing and sharing. Then on Sunday, Connie, Ron, and Lainey joined us for church. This was Lainey's first time and she did great! Afterwards, we went out to eat.

Last night Lainey came over for a play date. Once they were able to share the piano, they had so much fun. They also had fun playing in the Pooh Bear tent.
Today, Granny and Aunt Na-Na are headed to the Dallas Market and Pa-Pa is going to come visit us in McKinney!!! His last visit was May 2007 and before that June 2006. Mary is excited!!!

Painting Fun!

Mary had fun trying out all of her new painting stuff! Grandma Betty gave her the easel and Cousin Andrew and Ashley gave her all the supplies.
